Ignacio Roger de Oña M.D. hand surgeon and microsurgeon, fellows with Dr. Pedro Cavadas in Valencia and the Kleinert Institute in Louisville KY. He is the chief of the microsurgery unit at Fremap Hospital Madrid, Spain, and has extensive experience in microsurgical reconstruction of the hand and limbs.

The presentation will be followed by a discussion on cases presented by a Ukrainian doctor.
